Note From the President

To all TLC Cleaning, Inc. customers,

I wanted to take a moment to let all of my new and long time customers know what is going on with TLC Cleaning, Inc. April of 2008 brings us to our Thirteenth Year of providing services to customers throughout Orange County. It has been a long learning process that continues every day. I am very happy with what TLC Cleaning, Inc. has become and the direction in which it is headed.

We have also added a new position to our team to our Manager and Quality Control for the Orange County area. Our OC manager will be attending all first time cleanings, training and supporting cleaning crews, and providing quality control and customer service to our clients. Please let us know if you would like to schedule a visit to your home or office to discuss any needs or concerns you may have.

We have also added a new line of Environmentally-Friendly, Green Seal cleaning products. We have enclosed a brochure about these products for you to review. Please feel free to let us know if any questions arise. The products are Hydrogen Peroxide and orange oil based and will not harm your pets or family. The products will not damage anything in your home however we cannot provide a 100% guarantee. Please let us know of any kitchen or bathroom fixtures, counter tops or appliances require any specific cleaning instructions or techniques. There are many new fixtures and countertops on the market that cannot have any cleaners on them, no matter how safe the product. If you are unsure about this please contact the manufacturer or ask us to inquire for you! We will not be responsible for damages if we have not been informed beforehand. This also applies to furniture of certain wood types. We are aware of the many types of surfaces; granite, marble, stainless steel, wood and Pergo, to name a few, and we know how to care for each of them. We will use these safe cleaning products on them and keep a few of our other cleaners for specialty items such as stainless steel polish and lemon oil polish if you would like a shine to your wood. We may need, from time to time, to use a stronger restroom cleaner to remove build-up. We hope you will like this new line of cleaning products as much as we do.
