Payment Options, Cancellations, Damages and Thefts
Payment Options:
Payments can be made with either cash or check, payable to TLC Cleaning, Inc. We are currently looking into accepting credit cards. Please let us know if you would be interested in paying by this method. Any returned, unpaid checks will be assed a flat rate fee of $15.00 plus any bank fees, varying from $1.00 to $6.00. Payment must be provided on day of service unless monthly invoicing has been arranged.
Cancellations:
TLC Cleaning, Inc. requires a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a $20.00 cancellation fee. If no notice is provided and the cleaning crews are cancelled after arriving on site there will be a full service charge (at your current rate). If you forget your scheduled service, forget to cancel your service, or forget to leave a key, there is a full service charge. We must do this as our crews count on each location to earn their income. If you are scheduled and do not cancel, it prevents our crews from taking on another job during that time. Emergencies are understood. If you are unable to give proper notice, please contact us so we can try to waive the fee.
If we are unable to provide a 24 hour cancellation notice to you, we will give to you a discount on your next cleaning service or an “extra” for free. Any no-shows will result in a free cleaning.
Damages:
If you feel that an item in your home or office has been damaged or broken by TLC it is very important to call our office on the day of your cleaning. Our crews are instructed to inform the clients of any occurrence with verbal or written notification. They are also instructed to notify TLC management as soon as the incident occurs. From time to time damage can occur without the crew being aware. Please let us know and we will work it out with you as well as correct any further issues.
Theft:
Theft is also high of concern to TLC. In order to have a quality service we employee cleaning crews that are honest. We would not want to hurt our business and reputation by hiring unethical people. None of our employees have ever been convicted or suspect to a crime. If you suspect that something has been stolen you must report this to us within 24 hours. Please put away things of value and keep money and jewelry out of sight.
Discounts for Referrals:
We offer discounts to current customers for each referral. Receive a 20% discount on your next service or receive an “extra” service for free, when your referral receives at least one cleaning service from TLC Cleaning, Inc.
If you are ever unsatisfied with the service, or if certain items are not being done to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately so we can correct the issue. It is our goal to provide a great, not satisfactory, cleaning service!
TLC Cleaning, Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured. We are also members of the better business bureau. We openly welcome any suggestions you have to improve the service. We want you to feel happy and safe with our company. |
